At IndoorWellness.com, we want to ensure that our members have an excellent experience from start to finish. We ship using USPS and FedEx as our logistics carriers. Ordered items frequently ship same day, unless ordered after normal week business hours. While most our customers receive their air filters and cleaning products within 3-5 days, we ask that you please allow up to 10 days for receipt.
Don’t worry if you mistakenly order the wrong size air filters, we offer free returns and exchanges on your first delivery as part of your ongoing filter subscription.

We are confident that you’ll love our service. We do offer a full refund within 30 days of your first delivery if you’re not satisfied for any reason. Refund requests must be made directly to Indoor Wellness at firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by Indoor Wellness. Indoor Wellness is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Indoor Wellness. Promptly following Indoor Wellness’s receipt of your refund request, Indoor Wellness will credit the approved amount paid for the returned product to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Indoor Wellness does not control when a specific credit card company processes a charge back transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the charge back.
