Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made directly to Indoor Wellness at info@indoorwellness.com within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by Indoor Wellness. Indoor Wellness is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Indoor Wellness. Promptly following Indoor Wellness’s receipt of your refund request, Indoor Wellness will credit the approved amount paid for the returned product to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Indoor Wellness does not control when a specific credit card company processes a charge back transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the charge back.
